We are currently looking for a Business Coordinator/ Finance administrator, to join our client on an initial 1 month contract (Paternity Cover)that is hit the ground running.
Duration: 1 Month with possible extension
Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week on site in London 3 days remote
Start: ASAP
Essential experience:- Intermediate Excel experience
- Raising purchase orders
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Processing payments through SAP to cover paternity leave.
- Experience of providing administration assistance in at least one organisation.
- Organised, with ability to prioritise own workload effectively, to coordinate activities and conflicting demands to ensure that tight deadlines are met.
- Good communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Proven ability to work constructively in partnership with a range of individuals.
- Basic analytically skills, with experience of providing MI data reports.
