Internal Recruitment - Talent Aquisition Adivsor - Senior Talent Aquisition Adivsor
Monarch IT are working with a global organisation who are looking for 2 Talent Acquisition Advisors to join them on a 3 month contract basis. The client is based in London and you will be required to travel into the office's possibly once or twice a month. This role is however remote. Rate up to £250 per day inside IR35.
Our client will require the below:- High volume recruitment experience.
- Experience and understanding around and the process of redundancy.
- Strong experience with ATS - SAP Success factors would be beneficial.
- Design and run high impact inclusive recruitment campaigns where required.
- Work closely with Sourcing in an integrated way to drive continuous improvement and process ownership across recruitment and sourcing ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
- Provide advice and recommendations to hiring managers.
