We are looking for a number of Business Analyst's to join our government client on a 3 month contract.
Location: Hybrid working. 1 – 2 days a week in London
IR35: Inside IR35
As the Business Analyst you will be working across the following areas:- Research, analyse and document (as a process flow) the complete cross Government end to end process for procurement of digital products and services, including all guidance, advice, approval points and decision points. Following consideration of current areas which cause issues, propose areas for change, carry out investigation into viability of said changes and contribute to final recommendations.
- Work with and assist the User Researcher as they carry out User Research to better understand the user’s experience of the procurement process for digital products and services.
Key Skills and Experiences we are looking for:- Experience of working with, analysing and communicating data to a range of audiences
- Experience of communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience of delivering transformational change, making a difference in making things progress
- Experience of working in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team in which you have changed your delivery focus rapidly and regularly when needed
- Demonstrable experience of building a culture of continuous delivery and improvement, ensuring that data is regularly analysed, maintained and improved
- Experience taking initiative to deliver results collaboratively, but independently
- Experience working in the technology sector
