- Description
Monarch IT have partnered with a global broadcasting company, to support the recruitment of an Applications Service Manager on a contract basis - 6/8 weeks initially - Paying up to £650 per day inside IR 35. You will be required to work in their London offices 1-2 days per week.
You will be joining a team to manage SAP Applications, Suppliers and related services, and support the transition of projects/new applications into live service.
Experience required:- Experience of delivering Application based support services, ideally Finance and HR related applications.
- Essential: Experience of managing outsourced applications support services
- Desirable: SAP Finance and HR applications related experience
- Experienced with senior stakeholder management and liaison
- Experience with managing contractual SLA agreements/service reviews with suppliers
- Experience with support projects service transition into live service
- ITIL Qualified
