2nd Line Support, Trade floor, Support, Support Analyst, Contract, London
We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our financial client based in London, on 6 month initial contracts.
Start: ASAP
IR35: Inside IR35
Duration: 6 Months with extension and potential to go into a permanent role.
Location: London
You will be providing 2nd Line IT support, covering desktop (including MS Windows, Citrix Receiver, MS Office, line-of-business and limited-scope applications), and desk-side (including laptops and peripherals such as video cameras and auxiliary devices such as telephone handsets and headsets, and mobile phones) environments.
You will provide:- Support of Systems infrastructure team when requested - Core systems infrastructure comprises Lenovo/HP/Dell workstations and HP/Cisco Blade Server technology running Windows OS, EMC SANs, Avaya and IPC telephony systems and Cisco Networks.
- Workstation hardware and software build
- Administration, configuration and support of desktop operations.
