- Description
Our consultancy client are looking for a number of 2nd line floor walkers to aid a client as their staff return to the office. You will need to hold current CTC or SC clearance for these roles and you will be helping staff with setting up their desktops and all the potential IT issues this may bring. This will cover everything from networking, mouse and keyboard set up and help with any IT issues that may arise and channel any issues through the help desk. It will be a standard MS stack with Windows 10 and Office. We are looking for people who have worked in similar roels so maybe as rollout or upgrade engineers previously and these roles will be inside IR35.
