Our consultancy client are currently looking for an SC cleared Azure architect/consultant to advise their public sector client on their MS Azure technology and aligning it with the government and providers guidance.
You will be an SME for the adoption of Azure services and identify cloud services for sustainability and advise on the adoption of these. Defining and executing cloud maturity assessments across Security, Cost & Performance, Operational Excellence and Reliability pillars, delivering a report on each to the senior management team. Providing reporting to the monthly Strategy, Technology and Innovation board, updating the CIO & CTO on current activities, highlighting relevant updates from Cloud Service providers, and looking ahead to identifying new cloud services and features that may benefit the organisation.
You will have experience of public cloud migrations and a working knowledge of the UK governments cloud strategy and guidance.
For this role you must have current SC clearance and this role will fall inside of IR35. Mainly remote you will be required to go into offices in London occasionally.
