I am working in partnership with a client who are on an exhilarating IT transformation journey based in North London. Some of the projects they are about to start include removing their datacentre and decommissioning their Exchange servers and moving all their infrastructure into the cloud, moving all their applications into a SAAS model, introducing a devops culture, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics. 

They are expanding the team and are seeking 2 Infrastructure Platform Specialists to do a mixture of 3rd line support and project work, and become subject matter experts for either Active Directory, or O365, or both. 30% of the role will involve resolving incidents and services requests, 40% will be dedicated project work with the remained of the time being used for meetings and research work.

The successful candidate will have proven 3rd line support experience with strong skills in Active Directory, having supported over 2,000 users within a production environment, with experience in supporting and administering O365 (Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams). Scripting experience is essential, ideally having used Powershell or Python. Any cloud or devops experience is desirable however training will be provided.

This role is currently fully remote as they have moved to an Agile flexible working model, however you may need to come into the office once a week or month.
