Desktop Support, 2nd Line engineer, 2nd Line support, Support Engineer, Remote

We are currently looking for a 2nd Line/ Desktop Support Engineer to join a large client on a fully remote basis.

The role will be for 6-8 weeks initially with potential to extend

Skills Required:
Service Desk experience
2nd Line Support
Desktop Support Experience
Experience of working on a busy environment
Experience of receiving large number of calls - 80 - 100 per day
Strong Communication skills
