Service Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support, First line Support, Service-Desk Support, Support
We are currently looking for a number of Service Desk Analysts to join a large client on a fully remote basis.
The role will be for 3 months initially with potential to extend
Skills Required:
Service Desk experience
Experience of working on a busy Service Desk
Experience of receiving large number of calls - 80 - 100 per day
Strong Communication skills
Interview process - 1 stage
Start Date - first week of December
