IT Implementation and Support Engineer

I am working in partnership with a global brand within the healthcare sector who are expanding one of their technical teams and have an urgent requirement for an IT Implementation and Support Engineer.
The role will managing customer projects and installing bespoke healthcare applications and IT systems on site around the UK. Some of the implementation work can be done remotely.
The successful candidate will be ITIL certified and have several years experience implementing IT products and systems onto client sites. You will need a strong understanding of Windows Servers, up to version 10, Networking, Active Directory, SQL Server Databases, and Remote Services.
You will need to be a methodical individual with excellent customer facing and project management skills.
Any experience of working within the healthcare, medical or pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who have continued to grow this year and did not furlough anyone within the team. For this position you can be fully home based but be flexible to travel to client sites for about 50% of your team for a week maximum.
