2nd line support, Support Engineer, Second Line Support, Permanent
We are working with a client in Central London who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
Start: ASAP
Location: London - Onsite 4 day a week with 1 day working from home.
We are looking for someone to assist this global client in providing 2nd line technical support.- 2nd Line support experience, 3 year +
- Excellent knowledge of MS Product Suite – including Office 365, Sharepoint, Windows 11, Windows Server 2012 / 2016, Azure; domain and user administration
- Familiarity with networking concepts
- Familiarity with AV equipment
- Excellent knowledge and application of ITIL standards and frameworks
- Significant experience with Service Management, helpdesk procedures, and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
