Great opportunity for an enthusiastic second line support engineer to join a growing London based managed service provider.  The successful candidate will join the team of eight people in this fast paced role with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

As 2nd Line Support Engineer you provide full support to both software and hardware, ensuring service level agreement targets are achieved and assisting in reducing target times.  You will have an outstanding level of English (both verbal and written) and will have excellent interpersonal skills.  Due to the level of customer support required, you will have strong skills in both listening and questioning.

To be considered you will have previously worked within a managed services provider and have the ability to prioritise workload whilst working in a high pressured environment.

Required technical skills:

-          Windows Server
-          Windows Desktop (Up to at least Windows 7)
-          Active Directory
-          Microsoft Exchange
-          Networking (TCP/IP)
