Description

Monarch are working with a government organisation, based in North London, that are recruiting for a service delivery lead to assist them on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

The Service Delivery Lead will work in conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure that effective and efficient service provision of end point customer computing is delivered to the business by applying expert knowledge and understanding.

Some of the responsibilities include: 

  • Respond effectively to the needs of colleagues within their North London office
  • Lead the ownership of the A/V technology at the North London office (at a local level) to ensure meetings in the larger rooms e.g., ET, Board etc. are planned for and supported appropriately. 
  • Create capacity within the customer computing team to deliver against the various projects and programmes
  • Create new ways of working employed by staff, so that the team can better provide equipment to help meet their needs.
Some of the desirable skills include: 
  • Experience of the lifecycle management for assets including hardware, software, intellectual property, licences, warranties
  • Experience of ITIL and delivering within Prince2 and Agile frameworks.  Have awareness of the Agile lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Software Asset Management tools, such as SNOW, ADDM, etc.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management tools
  • Proven track record of delivery against KPI’s.
  • Appropriate knowledge and experience of IS and ICT applications and Infrastructure.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to IT service provision
