Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a support engineer to work for a consultancy client of ours on site with one of their major clients in Slough. You will be working on site full time and this is a great opportunity to work for a company that offers excellent training and a defined career path to grow within the business.

You will need a good working knowledge of the Windows OS environment, Office and basic network knowledge, as well as some AV knowledge, supported by an IT qualification gained working within IT at either helpdesk or deskside support level. You will have worked in an ITIL environment previously and as you will be working with VIP's to resolve IT issues and setting up AV and meeting rooms you must have excellent customer service skills and be use to dealing with people at Director to CEO level.
