Monarch IT are working alongside a Global Entertainment Studio, who are recruiting for an Application Support Engineer to join them on a 12 month contract, paying up to £345 per day inside IR35. You will also be required to work onsite 5 days a week, due to the nature of the organisation. NORTH LONDON
You will be working alongside various teams internally, across studios, technical and business streams to support with Ticketing, Website, E-Commerce, Retail POS, Customer Service and Application support. Strong knowledge of POS and desktop hardware support and network troubleshooting essential.
Required Skills:
- EPOS/ POS (Point of Sale) Application and System Support
- SQL understanding
- PCI Audits
- Experience working on SAP Systems
- Performing system upgrades, testing (UAT)
- Hardware Build, and Application support
- Ticketing
- Networking
