Desktop Support, Support, Field Engineer, 2nd Line
We are currently working with a client within the public sector who are looking to recruit a team of Desktop Engineers to help provision and replace end user equipment such as Desktops, Laptops, Ipads, Monitors etc.
Location: Essex - Some remote work available
Start: ASAP
Duration; 3 Months
IR35: Inside IR35
Key skills we are looking for:- IT Department Background either Desktop support/deployment or Service Desk Support
- An understanding of ITIL v4 service management procedures and processes
- SLA & OLA application, including an understanding of escalation procedures
- Microsoft Active Directory Experience
- Microsoft Remote technologies such as SCCM, RDP, Citrix.
- Windows 10 Deployment, Application Testing, Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge and understanding of application of SLAs & priorities
- Basic network routing and switching knowledge.
