Monarch IT are working with an international broadcasting company, who are looking to appoint an experienced GoLang Developer. Inside IR35 500/600 per day - 6 month contract. The client would like you to be working onsite 1 day per week, so you will need to be able to commute to Manchester.
The team you will be working in supports the enrichment of content metadata through the enrichment chassis. This provides a more streamlined way for the systems that will be processing the content, to understand and classify that content/ data using ML.
Duties of the role:- Writing clear code, using GoLang to integrate new enrichment's engines into their existing pipeline
- Writing software to add new metadata fields
- Improving current CI/CD processes, utilising AWS tools
- You will work as part of a team to deliver against their product road map.
- You will contribute to the analysis, design and development of new features and systems.
