SWIFT Analyst

We are looking for a SWIFT Analyst to join our financial client in Central London.

Start: ASAP
IR35: Inside IR35 - you will be required to work through an Umbrella solution
Location: London 2/3 days per week, then remote


As the SWIFT Analyst you will be joining to develop and support SWIFT and associated applications

Responsibilities:

• Strong SWIFT application skill set particularly around routing, application functionality and configuration.
• Working closely with the business departments to gather documents and translate requirements for change.
• Assisting with the preparation, planning and implementing of minor and complex changes on the SWIFT applications in accordance with the established processes.
• Resolving moderately complex problem management issues by investigating and devising solutions for systems/operations. Activities include and are not limited to conducting or participating in installations, configuration set-ups, error message handling, testing solutions and operational procedures in accordance with the established processes and procedures.
• Taking ownership for the availability of SWIFT applications in conjunction with Payment Production Support team.
• Providing end-user support, identify, investigate, track, follow-up and resolve or escalate when appropriate, any production support issues related to SAA application in a timely manner.

• Experience and knowledge of File Act over SAG and SAA.
• Experience and knowledge of SAG, HSM and SNL.
• Experience and knowledge of MT, MX, ISO2002 and other payment formats.
• Experience of ESMIG (TARGET) connectivity and GSD desired.
• Experience of IPLA is desirable.
• Liaising with Fircosoft support team for sanction checking processing within SAA (ADK)
