We are currently working with a large financial client based in Central London who are looking for a SharePoint Developer to join then an an initial 6 month contract - with a view to extend or move into a permanent position
Location: Hybrid - Onsite in Central London 2-3 days a week, then the rest remote
IR35: Inside - you will be required to work through an Umbrella Solution
Start: ASAP
You will take leadership over the SharePoint/Office 365 development team to support the Digital Data Governance project which will leverage the Office 365 platform and to drive a more strategic adoption of Sharepoint.
Main Responsibilities of the role:- Working with the team and the wider development team to grow and help adopt Agile like methodologies with practical implementation alongside of daily operation supports for existing SharePoint/Office 365 applications.
- Working with the wider Development and Architecture teams to develop and establish best practices of SharePoint/Office 365.
- Following “Change Management Control procedures” to get approval for any updates in Production systems and “Maintenance reports” for non-Production environments.
- Participating in the definition and configuration of SharePoint/Office 365 environment in Disaster Recovery sites.
