Scrum Master - Spanish Speaking

We are currently looking for an expereinced Scrum Master who can speak Spanish to join our global client to help with a number of projects on a contract basis.

Location: Hybrid working between London and Remote
IR35: Inside IR35
Duration: 6 Months
Start: ASAP
Intervew Process: 2 Stage

You will be joining a global team to manage the scrum process in an Agile methodology, whilst being responsible for arranging daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process

Key skills and expereinces required:

• Certified Scrum Master and in Agile project delivery methods
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders at different levels of authority
• Strong influencer in adoption of Agile practices, with a wide range of styles, having ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders and other internal teams 
• Understanding and practical experience in adopting and implementing agile tools such as JIRA/Confluence and Aha! to drive transparency and accountability across organisation including relevant metrics to show progress and improvements
