Support engineer, Service desk analust1st line support, 2nd line support, Support Analyst
We are currently looking for 4 x Support Engineer to join our client to cover 1st/2nd line support within a global financial company.
Location: London Based
Duration: till September initially
IR35: Inside Ir35
As the Support Engineer you will have experience of working within a customer facing environment.- First/second Line support
- Ensuring backups run successfully
- Help with office set ups and moves
- IT hardware stock control
- Support of Systems infrastructure team when requested - Core systems infrastructure comprises Lenovo/HP/Dell workstations and HP/Cisco Blade Server technology running Windows OS, EMC SANs, Avaya and IPC telephony systems and Cisco Networks.
