Performance Analyst

Monarch are working with a large government organisation that are recruiting for a Performance Analyst to assist them on an initial 3 month contract. This is a hybrid role and you can work from either their, London, Bristol or Manchester offices 1-2 days per week. This role falls inside IR35. 

Some of the responsibilities include: 

• Leading the development and consistency of performance frameworks across the technology function.
• Interpreting complex and KPIs translating them into simple, easy to understand, custom-made professional visuals and reports.
• Developing actionable recommendations, tailored to stakeholder groups, based on insights drawn from the analysis of departmental performance
• Communicating performance and analytical findings to internal and external senior stakeholders

• Experience of influencing stakeholders and establishing strong working relationships with colleagues;
• Strong analytical skills - the ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple systems and sources.
• Experience in leading and developing performance frameworks across organisations and systems
• Experience in performance management of technology, digital and data programmes including working with KPI / OKRs etc.;
