Are you an experienced Technical Author who has worked on the technical and product documentation for a Financial Services product/system previously ? Maybe a core banking, Payment scheme or trading platform then this could be the role for you.
Our client has developed a payments framework which is being adopted by a number of major FS institutions and they are looking for an experienced Technical Author to work with their product team to provide the overall technical documentation. You will gather and analyse technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
You will be experienced in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical know how and have the ability to understand technical architecture/concepts and translate those into easy to read documentation. With the ability to read code (Java) and experience with documentation of API specs is a must as well as with Confluentce and the K15t Confluence plug in is a distinct advantage.
This role will fall inside IR35 and you will need to be in the offcie every couple of weeks or as and when needed for meetings.
