Lead Vulnerability Analyst

Monarch IT are working with an award winning large financial firm based in Dublin. They are looking for an experience hire - Lead Vulnerability Analyst for a 12 month project across the EMEA region. Rate: 300 - 350 per day (Euros) This role is Dublin or WFH (ideally will need to be in the office here and there)

Our client is currently underway on a brand new huge project across the globe, where they have acquired new business' in which they need their internal procedures, systems and support will need to fall in line with their own. This is a multi-year project, for someone who has lead and managed high level projects across many locations in the world. Due to the nature of work you will be completing, you may be asked to work unsociable hours (very occasionally) Due to differing time zones between companies. You will need to have prior experience leading projects, juggling various levels of work across many locations.

Skills

• Able to identify, test and report security weaknesses within the network, systems, applications.
• High level understanding around Network/ Infrastructure/ Security
• Strong understanding around TCP/IP, Kill Chain, Vulnerability Management and Networking Principles
• Coordinating scans of M&A and Cloud Infrastructure
• Partnering with teams across the globe in order to drive the identification and remediation of vulnerabilities
• GRC (Governance and Risk) - TVM (Threat and Vulnerability Management) - Tenable/ Rapid7, Qualays etc
• Identify manual processes that can be automated (python/ Pearl etc) - REST API, SOAP API
