Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced Tech lead (Java) to work remotely on an exciting project for an end client in the Telco arena. You will provide leadership in the design and development of software components and work to drive the technical direction and the improvement of tools and processes across teams. Champion quality assurance and best practices you will coach and mentor Senior Developers and Developers and work with the Development Manager, Principal Engineer’s and Tech Specialists to understand forthcoming work and provide high level estimates. With a strong depth of knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Tech stack wise you will need extensive experience in Java, Spring and Rest as well ad with front end JavaScript.
This role will be inside IR35 so your services will need to be be provided through an umbrella company and the work will be remote.
