As a Graduate Systems Analyst you'll...
...work closely with internal and external customers to provide technical assistance on a wide range of IT infrastructure.
Prior professional experience isn't mandatory (though it would be welcomed), but you'll need to sharp, interested in the IT industry and willing to learn a range of technical systems and tools including (but not limited to): LAN / WAN / Wifi / Mobile networking basics as well as DNS, DHCP and Port Forwarding. Exposure to Microsoft Windows, Office etc. plus iPhone and Android operating systems would also be handy!
Desired Skills:- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in BSc / MSc Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar technical background.
- Ideally some experience with networking / LAN / WAN / Wifi / Windows / Microsoft etc.
- A genuine interest in the IT industry / IT technologies and working 'hands on' within the field.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and positive attitude.
