Monarch IT are working closely alongside a public sector client of ours who are seeking an Outreach Manager to join them on a temporary 6 month contract. The client are looking for individuals to join there London, Bristol or Manchester offices. This role falls inside IR35 so you will be expected to go through an umbrella company.
As an Outreach Manager in the Talent team you’ll:- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, communities and
- Design and deliver different programmes of outreach activity, for GDS in alignment
- Work closely with the Early Talent Manager to help design career pathways and
- Promotional materials for school and college age young people
- Support implementation of all Early Talent programmes and schemes in
- government
- Support the wider DDaT capability team deliver according to best practice agile
- Make sure the outreach work align with the Talent Strategy and GDS objectives
- Communicate and visualise progress towards these goals via presentations and
- Help the team identify and address risks, issues and dependencies
- Engage with key stakeholders on project progress and challenges
