Monarch IT have a fantastic opportunity working with a public client of ours. The client are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join them on an initial 6 month contract. You have the opportunity to join the London , Bristol or Manchester team as they are eager for individuals to start as soon as possible . This role falls inside IR35 so you will be expected to go through an umbrella company.
You will coordinate all recruitment and procurement activity between our internal stakeholders, candidates and suppliers for contingent worker and contractor campaigns. Your role will be pivotal to ensuring that all campaigns are organised efficiently and that all logistics run smoothly.
To be successful for an interview the client are looking for:
● Have experience of full-lifecycle of recruitment, within digital and/or technology, ideally for the recruitment of contingent workers & contractors
● Have an understanding of the digital and tech recruitment environment
● Be experienced in attracting, screening and assessing candidates for specialised roles
and contracts
● Have demonstrable experience and understanding of handling sensitive information,
keeping a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality with strong attention to detail
● Be creative and able to think on your feet; whether designing new recruitment
templates to improve processes or being proactive in the face of challenges
