Business Change Manager

Monarch IT recruitment have a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a public sector client of ours.  They are looking for a business change manager to implement their expertise until the end of March 2022.  The client are looking for an indivdual to start immediatly on a full remote basis. The role will fall inside IR35 so you will be expected to go through an umbrella company.

As part of the Programme Management Office you will work with all divisions on all aspects of business management including the production and delivery of business plans and key business and financial projects.

You will contribute to the development of the overall strategic direction of services with a particular focus on pathway development, Quality Improvement Programs, data analysis and clinical effectiveness.

You will work closely and provide expert support, advice, and guidance to the Senior Management Triumvirate to design, develop, enable and deliver the Divisional business model, transformation and CIP programme.


The client are looking for an individual who has the following:

•            NHS and/or change management experience

•            Organising and delivering complex project plans, business cases and strategy documents

•            Proven experience of building successful partnership relationships

•            Strategic thinker

•            Educated to degree level or equivalent

•            Numerate and experience and understanding of  Finance and accounting

•            Qualified with any CCAB body

•            Experience at building relationships at senior management level
