Monarch IT have a fantastic opportunity being a part of a large government organisation on a 6 month contract. You will be expected to work in the Leeds office but there may be scope of remote working as well. This contract does fall inside IR35 so you are expected to go through an umbrella company.
To be successful for this role you will need to have previous experience of compliant handling.
What the client are looking for:
• Strong administration skills in a client/customer services environment.
• A passion for excellent customer service with strong communication skills including accurate clear written skills and good telephone skills and manner
• Ability to analyse information and make decisions within appropriate procedural and policy framework
• Work with multiple teams, both internal and external to ensure timely and quality response to and fulfilment of all complaints
• Complete fulfilment, response to and closure of complaints, ensuring quality, accuracy and customer experience is foremost in all communications and interactions with customers
• Personally owning and managing all assigned complaints, liaising with the appropriate teams and stakeholders to drive the resolution of issues.
• Daily weekly monthly reporting as required
• Service Improvement activities for the team
