Digital Delivery Manager

Monarch IT have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with a large government organisation as a Digital Delivery Manager. This role will fall inside IR35 and will be fully remote on a 6 month contract basis. The must have requirements for this role in regards to security clearance is BPSS.

Role duties:

• Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use and recognise when something does not work.
• Help teams to manage and visualise outcomes.
• Listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders and interpret them, whilst managing their expectations.
• Report on financial delivery and monitor costs and budget, knowing when to escalate issues.
• Recognise when to move from one stage of the product life cycle to another and ensure the team is working towards the appropriate service standards.
• Manage the pace and tempo of the team and address internal and external risks, issues and dependencies.
• Identify and challenge organisational processes of increasing complexity and those that are unnecessarily complicated.
• Prioritise the most important or highest value tasks and remove blockers or impediments that affect plans and can develop a plan for difficult situations.
• Recent experience in the health sector
• Must have been involved in digital or technical data and information services delivery projects
