IAM Security Engineer

Monarch IT are working on behalf of one of the largest UK retailers, recruiting for a number of vacancies within Information Security. This is a Identity and Access Management Security Engineer position, where you will be working on a permanent basis, fully remote, with occasional travel to the office. Salary - £42,000/ £45,000 per annum.

I am recruiting for a number of roles with this client within InfoSec. The responsibilities of this role will be coming in with hands on engineering experience around Identity and Access Management Team products to support the access requirements of the company. You will responsible for MFA, email gateway solutions and web proxy solutions, as well as configuring security policies. 

The role itself will be a part of an agile delivery and engineering team, helping and supporting with cloud implementation and development tasks. Other duties will include directly working between different departments within Security, including the SOC, end user teams, delivery managers and architects etc. Reviewing and creating documentation for information security and business processes are important to compliment technical expertise. 

Desired skills and experience:

• PAM tools like CyberArk, MFA, Email gateways, Web proxy solutions like Netskope.
• Knowledge in Cloud, system administration and delivery of security tools to operations and wider business.
• Understanding of Information Security principles and good practices.
• Passion for InfoSec and Engineering.
• Knowledge of Security Operations.
• Other Information Security or Identity and Access Management certifications/qualification desirable
