Description

Monarch are working with a large NHS Trust that are recruiting for a Learning & Organisational Development Consultant to assist them on an initial 3 month contract, inside IR35. This position will be in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

The experience required: 

  • Extensive experience in the design and delivery of people and OD strategies. 
  • Experience working with Learning and Development, corporate and operational teams to design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions
  • Experience of undertaking training needs analysis (TNA’s)
  • Experience of leading and implementing training solutions and development strategies across a multi-faceted organisation to raise standards and achieve corporate goals
  • Experience gained working at leadership or management roles within the NHS
  • Experience of delivering the full training cycle; assessment, design, development, assessment and demonstrating ROI of learning initiatives
Some of the responsibilities include: 
  • Design and facilitate the implementation of change management programmes to support cultural & organisational change and performance improvement in line with organisational values
  • Execute stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder expectations 
  • Facilitate the development embedding and application of quality improvement skills in support of performance improvement programmes across the organisation.
  • Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Develop appropriate metrics and tracking mechanism which measures results and optimises the impact of learning.
