Junior IT Analyst

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Junior IT Analyst for a well established communications consultancy. You will be working on client delivery process on a day to day basis with consultants, suppliers and clients.  

A vast part of the role will be focused on Project support, data analysis, solving problems, compiling reports and responding to specific requests from clients. 

This is a unique opportunity to learn about the communications industry, working with many different technologies, products and organisations. 

This is a varied and changing role due to working with different clients and projects. 


In your new role you will be: 


Responding quickly and efficiently to all client requests and emails 

Providing the consultants with professional support in meetings, calls and conferences 

Taking accountability for project work and delivering the results in line with the expectations of the project team 

Developing leading edge analysis methodology for maximum efficiency 

Collection and validating client data prior to analysis 

 
To be successful in this role: 

  
Prior experience is not required but an active interest and qualifications in IT, Maths or Science are essential.  

You are likely to be keen and enthusiastic, have strong written and oral communication skills and will have an active interest in the IT and technology. 

Experience of coding, HTML, SQL, Python or PHP would be an advantage but are not critical. 

You will have the ability to analyse problems and respond to a range of competing priorities.
