A leading government organisation are recruiting for an experienced contracting recruiter to assist them on an initial 6 month contract, inside IR35.
The experienced recruiter will sit within their contract team and be pivotal in ensuring the organisation has access to a quality selection of interim candidates for positions inside IR35. You will be responsible for sourcing, headhunting and attracting contract candidates.
Some of the key skills required:- Excellent understanding of digital and tech contract recruitment environment
- Knowledge of IR35
- Excellent understanding of market day rates for interim's.
- Experience of managing a PSL
- Strong skills in building, maintaining and developing remote relationships
- Ability to headhunt, source and pipeline candidates
- Strong stakeholder management skills
