I am working in partnership with one of the biggest names in tech where innovation is at the centre of everything they do.

Due to continued growth across the business, they are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager. This is a crucial role in one part of the business where you will be managing a team of up to 8 people including Developers, QA, and Devops Engineers. Working closely with the Product Managers, you will be driving Agile ways of working and best practice. As part of this role, you will be instrumental in introducing new technologies and tools and aligning the the team vision and roadmap with the product roadmap. This is a full 100% managerial position.

The successful candidate must have a strong development background and have moved into a management position, with proven experience in managing and coaching developers. Whilst there is no hands on coding in this role, you will be the technical expert within the team, advising on coding issues, thus experience in either Java, .NET, Python or Javascript is required.
