Monarch are working with a government organisation that are recruiting for a Lead Data Modeller to assist them on an initial 3 month contract, inside IR35.
They are looking for an individual who will be able to promote a data driven culture, implement a centralised data modelling repository and manage a team of data modellers.
Some of the responsibilities include:- Design and build enterprise data model
- Use data modelling techniques to look into high level concepts
- Define data governance practices and policies
- Identify data anomalies
- Provide advice to team on data standards
- Work with engineers to create optimal physical data models
- Expert in data modelling
- Experience with modelling tools such as Erwin and ER/Studio
- Knowledge how to reverse engineer a data model
- Experience in data warehousing and dimensional modelling
- Knowledge of data profiling tools
