Senior Content Designer

Monarch are working with a large government organisation that are recruiting for a senior content designer to assist them on an initial 6 month contract, inside IR35. 

Some of the responsibilities include: 
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team being involved in all phases of the agile product lifecycle
• Collaborating with others in the team, identify user needs, write and map user stories, and translate these into content
• Create, iterate, monitor and manage user-centred content using analytics, user feedback, user research and other sources of information.
• Prototype different content concepts. 

Essential skills and experience:
• Experience working as a Content Designer in an agile environment
• Experience of leading the creation, iteration and management of user-centred content and the formulation of appropriate methods to do this
• Experience working with stakeholders unfamiliar with content design principles.
• Experience of influencing and coaching colleagues and stakeholders
• Able to illustrate a deep knowledge of a variety of content creation tools, user-centred design practices, and you’ll understand in which situations these should be deployed
