Service Desk Analyst
Windows 7/10, Mobile, Incidents
Guildford, Surrey
up to £28K + benefits
i am working in partnership with a major IT Services Provider who are actively seeking 2 x Service Desk Analysts to support a prestigious end client.
Working on the service desk, you will be providing a mixture of 1st and 2nd line support to end users, managing and resolving incidents and requests, which will include setting up accounts for new starters, building and fixing Windows 7 & 10 PCs and laptops, and application support. You will be working closely with senior engineers.
The successful candidate will have previous service desk experience with experience in supporting Windows 7 and 10, whilst also supporting mobile devices (Android / IOS). Any cloud experience is advantageous but not essential. You must have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
