Monarch are working with a government organisation that are recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to assist them on a 6 month contract, inside IR35.
You will be responsible for leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of multiple digital products. You will also be leading a team of product and delivery managers, providing line management, support and coaching.
Some of the responsibilities include:- Lead a multidisciplinary team adopting appropriate agile frameworks/methodologies and tools to deliver complex, high risk or sensitive products.
- Define, explain and iterate a product vision that is compelling to your users, team and stakeholders
- Have line management responsibility for Product and Delivery Managers.
- Introduce and implement new ways of working across the Digital team and other areas in the business in relation to product management
- Experience of product management with a passion for evolving great digital products by leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience of leading, coaching and developing teams, including matrix-management
- Experience of creating, maintaining and prioritising product roadmaps and backlogs to direct the work of multiple delivery teams
- Experience of engaging with users and turning user insight into product improvements
- Experience of designing high profile digital services and a commitment to creating excellent user experiences
