Platform Engineer
AWS, Terraform, Unix, Kubernetes, Ansible

One of the biggest technology companies in the UK are expanding their development team and are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to define, architect and implement solutions across the group.
Some of the main tasks will include:- ‘Automate everything’ from monitoring and application maintenance to incident response
- Identify and reduce security threats
- Evaluate and improve operational practices and procedures
The successful candidate will have some of the following experience:- Manage AWS cloud-based infrastructure including Kubernetes, EKS or OpenShift
- Elasticsearch, Kafka, Hashicorp Vault
- Configuration management – Terraform, Ansible, Hashicorp, Packer
- IAAS experience with Java, Python, Golang, or similar
The role will be remotely based with travel required into the office once a week.
