Monarch are working with a large government body that are recruiting for a digital user researcher on an initial 4 month contract, inside IR35. This role will be home based and you will require active BPSS clearance.
You will be using the findings from user data to work closely with designers and analysts to develop services. Also you will be managing relations with usability and market research agencies to support research processes.
The experience required for this role include:- Previously been a lead user researcher within a team, with the ability to setting the team direction and mentoring colleagues.
- Have worked within an agile project environment, and maintained effective performance in difficult and challenging circumstances.
- Experience with quantitative research methodologies.
- Proven experience of gathering user requirements for web based services
- Managed, executed and analysed usability test and research sessions
- Experience in audience modelling and developing design personas.
- Experience across web content, tools and transactional services, especially those with complex user journeys.
