Monarch are working with a global bank, based in London that are recruiting for a iOS Tech Lead to assist them on a paid consultant model of £580 PAYE model.
The successful individual will be working in their Digital arm where they are responsible for developing new mobile apps and online experiences.
Some of the responsibilities include:- Establish and maintain the community of iOS engineers
- Helping with designing, maintaining and improving the CI/CD tools and build pipelines
- Collaborate with the recruiting team and regional Heads of Engineering to attract, onboard and retain diverse top talent
- Grow the technical expertise of the iOS engineering community
The skills required:- Swift
- Native experience
- Experience as Lead or Senior iOS Engineer in a large-scale mobile engineering environment
- Strong Leadership
- Mentoring Junior/Mid-Engineers,
- Participating in technical show & tells
- Passionate about open source ways of working
- You have experience in fostering a strong engineering culture in an agile and DevOps environment
- Track record of identifying and implementing opportunities to enable iOS engineers to develop more productively and with high quality
