Monarch are working with a global financial company, based in Dublin, that are recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master to assist them on an initial 12 month contract.
You will be managing a team in Dublin which includes developers , tech lead, quality engineers and a business analyst. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity as the team are extremely busy taking on new projects every 8 weeks.
The role is perfect for an experienced scrum master, who has good planning skills, managing software, hardware and cloud projects and who has a very approachable personality.
Some of the skills and experience required include:- Conducting daily stand up calls with the team(s).
- Experience of working on technical projects.
- Experienced Scrum master
- Excellent organisational and planning
- Looking after the project deliverables. Making sure that project is tracking towards the timelines agreed.
- All stakeholders are informed of the status updates.
