I am seeking an experienced Java Development Team Lead to join a technology powerhouse in Nottingham. 

Ranked as one of the top 20 companies to work for in Nottingham they are expanding one of the development teams for their core products, and are looking for a Development Team Lead. You will be working closely with the Development Manager and helping to manage a team of 6 Java Developers, conducting code reviews and being the subject matter expert in the team, whilst also developing a microservices application on an AWS platform.

The successful candidate must have excellent Java Development experience, with key skills in Spring, Kubernetes, Docker and Jenkins. Ideally you will have some AWS experience, however they will also consider experience with Azure of GCP. It is essential you have experience of mentoring or leading junior developers.

You will need to go into the office 1-2 days a week.
