SC/DV clearance is essential for this opportunity. All applicants must either have current SC/DV clearance or be able to obtain it.
Due to the urgent start date for this vacancy candidates who hold current SC/DV clearance or who have held it in the past will have a distinct advantage.

 

This exciting high secure government organisation is currently on the hunt for multiple Business Analysts with ideally security clearance already in place (SC or DV Clearance). This person will work to deliver the requirements of the clients large and complex business area as well as having an awareness of the unique demands / specific challenges of working within secure domains. The role holder will use their Business Analyst skills and experience to inform the ongoing design, development and implementation of their National Intelligence Operating Model.

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Complete analysis of all identified incidents/problems, identify and deliver business requirements, complete application changes (including design of internal scripts) and effectively problem solve and progress in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders meeting timescales for delivery
• Identify, record and resolve any business-related issues and prioritise according to risk and timescales
• Deliver all work to in accordance with delivery plans and timelines

• Strong Business Analyst exposure
• Experience in undertaking business analyst activity using formal methodologies and approaches, including collecting and analysing complex data in order to provide concise and meaningful recommendations.
• Experience in supporting the development of business requirements.
• Experience in reviewing and enhancing business cases and detailed design documents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in formulating detailed operating model design artefacts, such as governance models, organisational structures, process maps and policies.
• Experience of working in a policing and/or government, security environment.
• Experience of building confidence with stakeholders and relationships at all levels
• Map and analyse existing processes
• Analysing and understanding impact on people of process and technology change
• Develop and implement new and improved processes
