I am working in partnership with a global Fintech brand who are on an exciting technology and transformation journey and are looking for an experienced Java Software Engineer.

Working with the Product Owners, you will be responsible for developing and managing a document management application which will interface with another system, improving the online journeys for their millions of customers. 

This role is 100% new development and you will have full autonomy and ownership of the application. You will be part of a wider development team of 15-20. 

The successful candidate must have commercial development experience in Java (they are currently using V8), combined with Spring Boot and MVC and Hibernate. It is essential you have prior experience of working within a microservices and Agile environment. Exposure to Cloud platforms, ideally Azure, is highly desirable. Experience of developing financial applications is desirable but not essential.
