I am working in partnership with a global Fintech company who are expanding their product and systems development team and have created a new role for a Devops Tech Lead. 

Within this role, you will be managing and developing the systems and automation team, which are based across 2 locations, ensuring applications and the infrastructure solutions are deployed effectively across the business. You will be providing technical guidance to the team and creating new global standards on infrastructure automation and how infrastructure will be deployed across the business. 

The successful candidate must have previous experience working as a Devops Engineer or Consultant within an Agile environment and understand how the Devops process and life cycle works and promote best practice across the team. You will be able to talk confidently to members of the team about integration and have good CI/CD skills, ideally Jenkins and Ansible. Any cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable however training will be provided. Any experience of mentoring, leading or managing a team is desirable but not essential.
