An incredible opportunity has come up with a global financial technology organisation based in Dublin. They are looking for an experienced technology talent acquisition consultant to assist them on an initial 12 month contract.
This organisation are currently growing at a phenomenal rate and due to the amount of new products they are introducing to help their global customers they have identified they will need multiple technical experts to help.
They need an experienced recruiter who has been recruiting technical professionals for 2-3 years and not only understands the technologies but is eager to learn more about upcoming tech.
Some of the skills and responsibilities include:
• Sourcing high calibre candidates on an ongoing basis through a variety of mediums and sourcing methodologies.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Work effectively to gain the interest of passive candidates through networking and referrals.
• Build Talent pool for future hiring of critical profiles
• Sound candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates
• Ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities & engage candidates in our value proposition
• Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences and communities.
